HALIBUT/SALMON – HALIBUT/ROCKFISH – ULTIMATE
Our Homer combo fishing charter is perfect for combining multiple experiences into one trip! Our captains will make sure you get the best fish. Fish for everything seasonably available all in one day!
This Ultimate Combo is a longer range day trip taking you down through the beautiful Chugach or Barren Islands where the bottom is rockier and the fishing more diverse. Here you have the opportunity to fish away from the daily charter fleet and have access to possibly larger halibut, fight a lingcod on a jig, catch a variety of rockfish or get lucky with silver or king salmon! There is always a chance of watching whales up close and personal. This is the ultimate day fishing trip out of Homer.
*We have minimums on all of our charters and on occasion we will work with other qualified charter companies to insure that you will get out fishing on the schedule you request.

‘ULTIMATE’ Combo Fishing – Long Range/Multi-species
So, you want to catch it all in one day? Well, we offer the chance to fish for everything seasonably available. Weather can be a factor due to the area and distance we want to fish. Our charters are professionally operated just like the full day charters we have been running for the past 40+ years. The limit of halibut is still 2 fish per person, one of any size and the other 28” or smaller. There is no annual limit. We are here to help you catch them with our experienced friendly crew. We will provide you with all the equipment, bait, fish filleting. Fish processing is available back at the dock so you can send your fresh catch of halibut home.
When we start fishing in early spring the first fish we target are the feeder king salmon and the halibut, so combining the trip for both species gives you a great combo experience and the chance to put some delicious fresh fish on your table after a long winter. As the season draws on, the halibut/salmon combo changes with the salmon season.
